The staff at Ibis Styles in Guayaquil made my stay feel special. They greeted me warmly when I arrived and were eager to help when I needed directions. The hotel is close to the Malecon, making it perfect for exploring with lots of restaurants just around the corner. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. coffee was always hot and the variety of food was decent. However, the noisy rooms detracted from my experience. I could hear conversations and furniture moving from adjoining rooms, which made it hard to get restful sleep. My air conditioner also didn’t work properly, and although the staff sent someone to reset it, the issue persisted. For the price, I expected a better dining experience. The food was mediocre and felt reheated. the street food we tried was significantly better. Overall, my stay had its pleasant moments, but the noise and dining could use improvement.

Room has decent views, with ample space to move around comfortably.
Loud noise from the street and adjoining rooms made it hard to sleep. air conditioning issues persisted despite attempts to reset it. The breakfast was underwhelming, with cold pancakes and small portions that felt more like reheated leftovers.

Recommend it for couples
The breakfast was superb I mean you can’t skip it. Right across the street from the tourist area so we could just walk out and explore.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but given the location worth it.

Couple Excellent Experience
The staff at the front desk were super helpful and even assisted in getting a driver. I was surprised by how close the chocolate museum was and just a few steps away were streets filled with eateries.
It was a bit on the pricey side but for the location and service, it was acceptable.

Experience Discomfort and Mediocre Dining
During my 11-night stay, I faced persistent air conditioning issues that caused discomfort for my fiancé's elderly parents. The sound-proofing claimed by the hotel was non-existent, making it hard to sleep. Dining was disappointing. breakfast offerings felt reheated and uninspired. Consider options outside for better meals.
